The GAA Shop will replace merchandise at no additional charge to the customer if the reason for the return is due to a GAA Shop error. The GAA Shop will send you a mailing label to process the return/exchange. You may log into your account on gaaglobalshop.com for a mailing label. For all other returns, additional charges may apply. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Unless damaged, special orders (merchandise shipped directly from vendor partners), customized Items, and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
