Ghana Shop
Pickup: Orders may be picked up for free at the Secretariat and other GAA shops, Chapters, or events. Pickup points are not open 24 hours, so customers need to call the shop phone line before pickup.
Shipping within Ghana
All GAA online shop orders may be handled by DHL, FEDEX, or other courier services for a fee when shipping from Ghana. Customers may also arrange their pickup with their preferred courier services.
During checkout, we will provide options and an estimated delivery date which will also be included in your order confirmation email.
Express delivery Within Ghana
Purchased items will be shipped within two days of the confirmation of the order. Although there are no guarantees, we hope that items will reach customers within 4 days of confirming the order.

International Shipment (From one country to another country)
International shipment is defined as shipment originating from one country to another. For example, from the US, UK, or Ghana to any foreign country.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT FROM GHANA SHOP
For some destinations like the UK, Europe, and the US, the GAA Shop will try to deliver items within seven (7) days after the order is confirmed. Orders placed on Friday after 2 pm GMT and weekend days will be processed on Monday. Also, items ordered after 4 pm GMT will be processed the following business day.
Delivery timelines do not include the weekend.

Please note that any unwanted items you wish to return to us will be shipped at the owner’s cost. There will be deductions from your refund amount should you send your items without pre-paying for the returns. The GAA Shop will pay for the shipment if the shop makes a mistake in the order or, unfortunately, sends you a defective product.
SHIPMENT FROM THE INTERNATIONAL SHOP
International Shipments originating from the US will be made using USPS Priority Mail International unless directed otherwise. The cost of international shipping may be calculated at checkout based on the package size, weight, and destination, or we will contact you with a shipping quote. Note that specific (drop shipments) from vendors may require extra shipping charges. We will contact you to approve additional charges before processing any order requiring extra cost.
Please note that once packages reach the destination country, the destination country’s local postal service assumes responsibility for the package. The GAA may not be able to track packages at this point. Therefore, we encourage you to track your order by using whatever tracking we provide and your country’s postal service or courier’s tracking system for more detailed tracking information and instructions on receiving your package.
In some countries, international orders may attract customs fees and import duties. These fees are not included in the shipping fees and are always the recipient’s responsibility. Please see your country’s customs office or website for details. We can help you find out more about delivery information for your country.

Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air orders received after 3:00 pm EST will be processed the following business day.
Next Day Air orders placed on Friday before 3 pm EST will be mailed the following Monday or the next business day.
Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday or the next business day.
The above does not apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, US Virgin Islands, or Canada. The shipping rate will be calculated for those destinations, and customers will be notified of the cost.
The GAA shop will attempt to ship all items in a single package when possible. However, Special Order Items like those shipped directly from manufacturers may be delivered separately. Special Order Items will be noted on the product page and may have varying delivery timelines. Most Special-Order Items cannot be rushed because production times depend on the manufacturers. Customers are encouraged to read about the products’ shipping details before ordering.
